By accessing or using the GrowBusinessHub platform ("Service") at growbusinesshub.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GrowBusinessHub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

GrowBusinessHub is a unified business management platform that includes:

• QR-based store review management
• Google Business Profile integration (viewing and replying to reviews, updating business info)
• Employee attendance tracking
• Digital business cards, restaurant menus, hotel management
• Offer and coupon campaign management
• Photo gallery management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Google Business Profile Integration

When you connect your Google Business Profile to GrowBusinessHub:

• You grant GrowBusinessHub permission to access your Google Business Profile data on your behalf
• You confirm that you have the authority to manage the connected Google Business Profile
• You understand that review replies posted through our platform will appear publicly on Google
• You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account or our dashboard
• You are responsible for all content (review replies, business information) submitted through our platform

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GrowBusinessHub to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Harass, defame, or harm any person or business
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The GrowBusinessHub platform, including its design, code, and content, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data (store information, reviews, etc.) that you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrowBusinessHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions to service or data loss
• Actions taken on Google platforms as a result of using our integration
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
